Terry L. Norris (Kentucky)
Dr. Norris is currently the Vice President of the ACD and served previously as the Regent for Regency 4. He is a general practitioner from Owensboro, Kentucky and formerly served as the Kentucky Section Chair.

Colonel Peter H. Guevara
(Federal Services)
Colonel Guevara is Commander of the Fort Carson Dental Health Activity. He is currently the Regent for Regency 2 and serves as Chair of the Awards and Communications Committees.
Treasurer
Joseph P. Crowley (Ohio)
Dr. Crowley is a retired general dentist and a past president of the ADA. He is currently an At Large Regent and serves as Chair of the Membership and Finance Committees.
Robert A. Faiella, 2024 President Elect, will become President of the College.
Teresa A. Dolan, 2024 President, will become Immediate Past President.
Additionally, Regency 2 has selected Dr. Sean Meehan to fill the Regent’s position beginning in October 2024. He will succeed Colonel Peter Guevara. Regency 5 has selected Dr. Nancy Larson to fill the Regent’s position when Dr. Thomas Raimann rotates off the Board in October.
Dr. Teresa (Terri) Dolan is the Chief Dental Officer at Overjet, the global leader in dental AI. She previously served as Dentsply Sirona’s Chief Clinical Officer, leading the global Clinical Affairs function, supporting new product development and overseeing the largest global clinical education program sponsored by the dental industry. Dr. Dolan is also professor and dean emeritus of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she served as dean and chief academic officer from 2003 until 2013. She is recognized for her contributions to dental public health, geriatric dentistry and as a champion for diversity and women in dentistry. Dr. Dolan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University; she earned a DDS degree from the University of Texas and a MPH degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Dental Health Services Research Scholar, completed a Veterans Administration Fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry, and is board certified in Dental Public Health. As a recognized leader in the dental profession, she currently serves as past-president of the Santa Fe Group, president of the American College of Dentists, and serves on the board of directors of the American Dental Association Science and Research Institute.

After serving 14 active duty years in the US Air Force and 6 years in the Air Force Reserves, Robert Lamb retired at the rank of Colonel. With postings at multiple bases, including one as the first Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Tinker AFB, Dr. Lamb was the recipient of multiple military awards including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal. Dr. Lamb is Past-President of the Oklahoma Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He served as the Legislative Chair for the Oklahoma Society for 20 years. For his long-term commitment to providing care for the underserved, Dr. Lamb was the recipient of the American Dental Association International Volunteer Award.

Dr. Robert Faiella is a Past-President, American Dental Association and former ADA Trustee for District 1. He is also a Past President of the Massachusetts Dental Association. Dr. Faiella has also served as an At Large Regent on the College’s Board of Regents. He is a Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology and was the recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award, Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Carole Hanes is Associate Dean and Professor Emeritus at the Dental College of Georgia–Augusta University. She has previously served the College as the Regent from Regency 3. Dr. Hanes is a Pediatric Dentist and author of numerous papers on children’s oral healthcare and public health.
